Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of compubizautomation.com and related services provided by CompuBiz Automation LLC (“CompuBiz Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. Software may also be governed by license terms presented with that software; if those terms conflict with these Terms regarding use of the software, the software license terms control.

Website information and availability

We provide information about our company, apps, product availability, documentation, downloads, licensing, and support. Product descriptions, release plans, prices, and availability may change. A “coming soon,” preview, or beta label does not promise a particular release date or final feature set.

Beta and preview software

Beta, trial, preview, and pre-release software may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, or stop being available. Do not rely on pre-release software for critical data or operations. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and using the software in a suitable environment.

Licenses and purchases

A software license grants only the usage rights stated with the applicable product; ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred. You must provide accurate transaction and licensing information and keep license credentials secure. Prices, payment terms, refund terms, device limits, and trial conditions shown at checkout or with the product form part of your transaction. Payments may be processed on a third party’s hosted service and are also subject to that provider’s terms.

You may not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, introduce malicious code, evade usage or licensing limits, burden the service with automated requests, or use the services in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update the website, services, or these terms. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
